since womens breasts are "sized" 38c, 34b, etc., why shouldn't a mans penis be "sized"?

Actually, men's peni are sized, but because there is no article of clothing that this pertains to, the dimensions are not so widely known as the amplitude of a woman's chest. You must go the your local library and ask to see a volume, updated annually, of the AMA report in-titled "The Length and Girth of the American Male Hang Down." It's cross reference by name and address.

Women usually wear bras over their breasts. So women's breasts have to be sized into different categories. Men don't wear any garment over their penises. So there is no need for sizing.

There's no reason for us to have them 'sized', as someone else said we don't wear bra's or anything like that. Besides, how many guys would be honest enough to not ask for something like that 2 inches bigger than they need ;) Myself, I'm happy with what I was given and am not one to claim it's bigger.....

It is for cup sizes dumb*ss. Women's breast sizes are not for sizing their breast, but for sizing their bra. That's like asking why T-Shirts have sizes.
When baseball players buy cups, they don't all buy the same size.

Because breasts are put into bras that are cutom sized.
Men's clothe sis one size fits all....unless your long dong silver.

Because unlike penises, breasts are allowed to be shown in public, in those extreme cases. Showing one's penis in public is illegal.
