Simple answer is that the large majority don't. There are something like 22,000 different Christian denominations, and most of them would consider that the basics of their faith are the same. For example Anglicans would believe that Methodists would also be going to the same place, and vice versa. The differences in denominations are often due to musical style, origin, language, and minor theological differences. The important bottom line is that if a group believed that they were the chosen few, and that everyone else had got it wrong, then they would be showing characteristics of being a cult or a sect; in which case start running.....

There is some evidence in the bible that there would be only a few out of the masses that would be on the right path. (The reference is to the "narrow path" that Jesus spoke about). Who those few are can be identified by what they are doing; ie if their religion matches up to what they are preaching and what is contained in their chosen holy book. There is evidence to argue that the word of God is the bible, although non-Christian religions also have their own gospel.

I'm Catholic. I don't think that. I'd argue, but I've learned that people on Yahoo! hate Catholics, so it's pretty worthless. I think the people that consider themselves the chosen few are out of their minds. Jesus died to save everybody from their sins, he didn't say, "I choose you, you, and you. Now, go forth and make a highly selective church."

Because how else are you going to get someone to believe in your denomination unless you tell them they're believing in the rightest one?

And how else are you going to satisfy your powertrip unless you have a huge following who think you're getting them into heaven?
