im thinkin a smaller size for a tattoo? got any better ideas??? something unique? or should i get an eye with the tear?

If you do this for Halloween, it will look great. For the rest of your life,I'm not sure,That's a major commitment think about it,plus do you know how expensive it will be? As far as the teardrop tatoo goes (and I could be wrong ),isn't that sign you've been in prison?

I saw a cartoon movie( hunter X hunter). there were group of characters there who had a spider web tattoo at their back.. They call t hemselves as SPIDERS or Generiodan.

There are racist connotations to both spider webs and tears.
go for something unique.
