I often get depressed, even I have no reason why I get upset, and I am very bored . Please help me.

See a doctor if you are depressed. Boredom is also a sign of depression, because you lose interest in things that used to interest you. You have to help yourself, people here can give you the advice, but you have to take the next step. Good luck!

There can be different reasons for getting depressed :
1. If the things are not going the way we want it may be professionally or personally.
2. bored or fed up with the present situation in official relations at work or personal relations with family or friends.
3. Want to chage certain things but unable to do that like changing some habits or so.
4. Not getting the kind of response, recognition or reactions upto your expectations ....... and so on.....

If you are depressed, something is disturbing you internally. Its not a direct major issue, so you are unable to locate it so easily. thats why ur feeling like u have no reason to get depressed but you are getting.

First, you need to think and find out what is the thing that is not allowing to have mental peace. something that is troubling your inner conscience. Once you find it, work out how to overcome it.
If you are doubtful, post other questin on how to handle that particular issue or mail to me with your problem. I may not be an expert, but could guide or help you as a good friend.

That is a sad way to feel, I am sorry for you. What I would suggest is getting to know God by asking the Lord Jesus to come into your heart, clean up any crud that doesn't help you, take up residence there, and show you your purpose in life. There is something in life that only you can do, a plan that God has for you that is wonderful. Start reading Psalms, Proverbs and the Gospels to find wisdom about life.

Try activites that cheers up your mode and get yourself a lasting hobby.

get some good sleep... then get some good exercise... then eat something delicious. then you'll feel alive.

if all else fails, try skydiving -- it'll wake up your soul.
