Their is a medical process to do that. They will take embroys from you/your wife, some sperm, or it might be already fertilized embroys. Anyway, then they pick the ones most likly to the gender you want, and put it in your wife. I am not sure of the entire process or all the details, it does cost money, and raises a few ethical questions, but it is a way.
Another theroy is that the sperm that are boys and the one that are girls move at different speeds, so based on the time you relses your semen, it can effect your baby. Try to reseach this, or ask a family doctor.
Way three could be adoption like someone above me suggested.
Other than that, just keep at it, and I hope it works out for the best, but remmeber, even if it is a girl, love it just the same.
P.S. The male's sperm is what determins the sex of the child.

It is a fact that sperm carrying the male chromosome are weaker swimmers and die off sooner than the sperm carrying only the female chromosome. For some reason the male chromosome carrying sperm expend all their energy trying to get to the egg, then once they arrive, they are too tired to push through and conceive. With that said, there are a couple options that might help you. The first is to get your significant other to make his deposit deeper. To do this, simply refrain from all forms of sex for about a week. By then he should be able to launch his load several feet. This will cut down the travel time and distance for the sperm. Another option is to stand on your head immediately after sex for a few minutes and let gravity help the sperm travel. I have heard this works well.
I know what I am talking about, I am a father of four boys and have made attempts to not have girls. No offense to you ladies, but boys are so much easier to raise, and I need the extra help around the house.

First of all, don't be afraid to have a girl again, it is a BLESSING to have children afterall! Saying that, there are ways you can increase your chances of having a boy - it is all about timing. Male chromosomes Y, are faster but weaker than female chromosomes X ,which are slower but more enduring. Therefore the trick is to have sex as close as possible to when your partner ovulates - preferably on the day and about 36 to 24 hours before and after she ovulates. That way the male sperms can get to the egg quickly! If you do it too early or too late the male sperms may die and then the 'hardy' female Xs will be the winner. Basically you need do anything that will get your Ys to the egg quickly. Good luck!

As previous posters stated, I've also read that the Y's swim faster but don't live as long as the X's so finding your ovulation time and trying as close to it as possible should theoretically increase the chances of having a boy.
The procedure that was also mentioned earlier is called "micro-sort" and is done by adding a fluorescent dye to the male seed - the X's and the Y's will emit a different brightness under the dye. The X's and Y's are separated and only the Y's are implanted for a boy, the X's for a girl.

You can always try IVF - they screen for the sex you want and it is legal in some countries if you already have children. It is not such an ethical problem because they spin the sperm with a special device to separate the Xs and the Ys, then they fertilise the eggs for the desired sex, they screen for genetical defects and then they implant several embryos (there is still a small percentage of error involved around 0,05%).
So the ethical problem is almost non existant because they only fertilise the eggs with the desired sperm. You can also freeze some embryos and have another go later. Besides, if you try Eastern Europe the procedure isn't so expensive... Good luck!

Try adoption. There are thousands of baby boys out there that need a home.

There are only old wives tales. One that I keep hearing is that if you know your cycle very well have sex the day you ovulate....not a few days before. Male sperm are known to die off quicker than female sperm. Sperm can live inside you for 3-5 days.
