my icons that were across t/bottom of my lap top are now bunched p in t/left hand lower corner. how can I fix?

how can i put the icons back.also the START icon should be in the left hand lower corner but its not how can I put it back where I want it

Click on the icons and drag them to where you want them.
Click on the start menu bar and drag it to the bottom.
