There's only ONE female. Clearly this evolutionary trend of having a single female for THAT many males has caused their blueballs to migrate all over their bodies and cause their skin to take on a blue pigmentation.

Because grass is green. If Smurfs were green, they'd blend in with the grass and no one would be able to see them.
