boys who usually have no sisters tend to be like that because of the lack of a female sibling,at that age,we boys want to know girls and vice versa,so the closest one and usually on good relations with you would be your female cousin,so you can 'practice how to talk to girls'but its normal,its just a little infatuation,it will blow away when you are a little older

I think it is normal global human nature. Those that don't think of it as being taboo seeing members of the opposite sex in their age group when in their teen years and spending time with them will likely develop lustful urges, just the same as they've fantasized each of their classmates of the opposite sex. Many of those that think of it as taboo are turned on by the FACT that it is taboo. Luckily, I have never acted on such urges with any of my female cousins.

It's the puberty & hormones at work. Anyway, not all boys look at cousins with lust. Maybe with interest only, together with self-control. So control your hormones, boy.
