So the problem with X-rays is that they're actually very high energy photons. To generate them, your body not only has to have heavy metals in it with electron orbitals nested deep enough to create Xrays, but in the chance that it didnt escape your body before being absorbed, you'd end up ionizing a piece of your own body.

Basically, even if it were possible, which by the way it's not, you'd die from using it.

You will need equipment like those used at the hospitals.

But what good is it?

You will see mainly skeletons.

You may do better with infra red vision, thermal graphs, and night vision googles, depending on what you would like to see.
