If you're looking for online sources use various serach engines nad search keywords such as "Japanezse sword making", "Katanas", "Japanese swords", "Japanese swordsmasters", "Oriental swordsmithing".

If it's books you want, search for title of books on Amazon.com or Bookfinder.com.

I know that there is an encyclopedia that goes in depth about katanas and all that's related to them. I'll put the title on here when I find it.

Try swordforum.com for a start. Without knowing any specific questions I can't give much more advice. There are a few standard works in english if you just want to learn about Japanese swords (nihonto).

One of my favorite basic works is The Samurai Sword: A Handbook by John Yamuto

If you want to learn how they are used there are many good books, but do not expect to learn sword skills from a book. These books should be used only for reference by people who are learning under a qualified instructor. If you're just curious then the standard English introductory work is Japanese Swordsmanship by Warner and Draeger
