there is obviously something lacking in the relationship. It definately takes two, communication should always be first not turning to someone else.

a person cheats when there is not enough trust in the relationship. if one person feels unsatisfied, they can no longer trust their partner to be the one to fulfill their needs, and they go looking elsewhere. also, if a person begins to take advantage of the other, and starts becoming complacent, lazy, and does not work hard for the relationship, that person may cheat because it's not "fun" or exciting anymore. it takes work to make a relationship FLOURISH and grow.... and most people do not realize that. they see marriage or commitment as a "ball and chain", instead of something joyful and worthy of attention and growth and hard work. if u don't try to work on the relationship first, and u cheat, it is ur fault. if u try to make the relationship work and the other person doesn't care, it is their fault...but i still think if ur gonna cheat u should break up w/ the person instead of cheating behind someone's back. for example, brad pitt and angelina jolie...if he didnt' want to be w/ jennifer aniston. fine whatever, personal problems. but he should've gotten a divorce before he got angie pregnant..that is so disrespectful to the person u made vows with. so brad disregarded the "committment" and hard work in his marriage, and went somewhere else. what a cheater!

That is a loaded question. I firmly believe that if you are truly happy in a relationship, there would be no need to look elsewhere for companionship. If you are cheating or your mate has cheated, there is something obviously lacking in the relationship.

Its probably because that person is getting bored of the relationship and want to have secret dates (in spanish: aventura) just to spark up their life... Its not worth carrying the relationship once you find out your mate is cheating on you. its not the partners fault.

the real reason is that that person who is doing the cheating is the one that is not taking care of the bedroom.

cause they perhaps feel like their mate is no paying attention to them enough, or things have become complacent
