When a woman is in ANY position, it is a good position to cause pregnancy. Basically, when a woman has sex, she could become pregnant--period.

A woman can get pregnant in any position but when the woman is on top alot of the sperm fall out and the more sperm there is the better so it is probably better for you to be on top when you spread the seed

Anytime that a woman has sex there is a possibility of pregnancy. It doesn't matter how it is done. Not all the sperm runs out.

Dr. do say that it is a good position, but to help afterwards have her lay on her back with her legs proped up for about 20 min ..

As what i know that if women on top is not good because the sperm will flow out easily.
