Sit-ups, swimming, walking-(with eventually running, you have to work yourself up to running), push-ups. Look into pilates. Also, riding a bike. You should also refer to the Fitness mag. for more info. or just use the internet for more info. Good luck!

Well You Can Do Push-Ups ,Crunches ,Sit-Ups But the Best Thing is Sit-Ups Because it Tucks the Tummy In ....And another Good Think is Jogging For 10 Minutes or 20 Minutes in The Morning ..And Drink A lot of Water !! Drink Before You Eat Breakfast At Least 1Glass of Water ...And Try To Eat Fruits and Vegetables Instead of Eating Junk-Food ,, :D :) ..And Eat Meats and Chicken and Fish ..Good Foods .. :D :).

do cardio and eat a better diet. cut uot excess calories and start eating vegetables and leaner meats.
