Try emptying your trash after you run the cleaning program and deleting all your temp files.
Go into your IE, Tools, Internet Options, and Delete your cookies and Delete your files there also.
Then Re-boot. If it still comes back, then it is hidden in your registry. Try a different virus scan program or better yet, go to SPYBOT and down load the Spy Bot Search and Destroy. It will find it and blast it away for you. the link is below. Free ware for those wondering.
Good luck

You should be able to go into the McAfee site and they will give you a fix for he problem. Failing that try switching off System Restore, then run the anti virus program.

It is a rather involved process, not for the novice. Sometimes there is no "magic pill" to automatically remove some malware. Ewido might be able to do it though. No promises.
P,S. - And it was a dirty site, wasn't it? Tell the truth.

If you are running Win XP. Go to control panel, select system, then select system restore, turn off system restore. close system and control panel. Run your anti-virus again.
This will erase the system restore images that XP uses to restore Windows when the current config ceases to work. The trojan is being copied there.
Once the trojan is gone you may turn system restore back on.

On a Mac, shift/administration/3 takes a photograph of the reveal. in case you press shift/administration/4, you could click and drag over the section you like; the photograph is taken once you launch the mouse button.
