Yes, spend the extra 100.00 now, this will save you from buying the 100.00 hard drive next week when you realize you cant play backward compatible xbox games.

yes it is if you are going to just focus on playing the new games not online and without saving but i think its worth spending because then youll just end up spending more money buying headsets and a harddrive.
