It's simple, just stop! If not then let him know what's up, just because he likes head doesnt mean you have to drop down there on your knees in an instant when he requests. If you tell him whats up and he still doesnt comply then maybe you should just move on and find someone else who is willing to share that mutual feeling...or not do it at all
