listen I've had this problem too and eating more for me does nothing! it seems like gaining weight for me is as hard as losing it for other people.. go to your local GNC or even just a grocery store near by might have it. It's called weight gain. lol pretty self explanatory. but anywayz you just make a shake with this stuff and it adds like 1500 calories a meal... or something like that I'm not quite sure but it did work for me ;) enjoy.

It's quite easy to gain weight, you could eat somewhat more than you eat now, just increase portions in every meal you eat, and make it a regular habit for sometimes. Also, you can eat things like ice cream, chocolate, fried foods, drink milk. Not all in a day of course! Eaten regularly, these are the things that can make a person gain weight. Beware that eating A LOT in a short time is not healthy, it weakens the cardiac system and can lead to heart attack. So, just increase meal portions slowly. Good luck!

As far as weight, weight lifting builds muscle and muscle is heavier than fat. Eating simply speeds up metabolism and makes the body burn fat for alot of thin people.
