smoking is prohibited in spacecrafts to conserve oxygen.
more than that, cigarettes produce ash and smoke that would obstruct air filters and damage the spacecraft.
also, I'm not even sure what would happen if you tried to smoke a cigarette in a zero G environment : it might be dangerous to your health since the smoke could get to your brain more easily.

to be an astronaut is to be over worked. however in zero gravity then you are bearly using any of ur muscles and you have to worry about getting enough exersize.
but as for the question, A a smoker is not likely to be in good enough shape to work on the iss. B any fire abord the iss is given a co2 treatment before anything gets out of hand.

id say they dont let astronuats smoke, they have various health and trianing to be an astronaut so id say they are all none smokers, and even if there were smokers where would they go to smoke outside? lol so dont think so
