only if you are right handed....its the same for the left hand if you are left handed (these muscles are used more, so they are bigger)

not really FATTER but more muscular compared to the left. principle of use and disuse. if you are right-handed, you use your right hand more. develops more muscles compared to your left hand. actually, this can be translated to the control you have over either hand. notice that your right rand, given that you're right-handed, has more control and is stronger than your left hand? i think that is what you mean by fatter. you're very observant btw.

My middle finger is. It's deformed slightly because I write with my right hand, wearing out my middle finger. A callous has developed on the knuckle closest to my nail. It's big. And gross.

The fingers on whatever hand you use the most (i.e. the one you write with, etc) are usually a little bigger because the muscles in them are more developed - I write with my right hand and rings are always smaller on that one than they are on the left! So yes...they are a little bigger...depends what hand you write with/use more!

If you are right handed, the muscles may be larger in the fingers of your right hand.

Yes, weird isn't it. The rings I wear on my left hand are tighter on my right hand fingers. Even bangles feel tighter on my right hand wrist. Strange - I wonder why?

the entire Right side of your body is slightly bigger than yor left. for instance if you tried on a ring on your right hand and then put it on your left hand you could tell the difference.
