for sure you need to put the relationship on hold. you need to find out if the baby is in fact his by requesting for a paternity test. if he refuses, that would be an alarm bell for me to get out. fiance or not he needs to respect you, and if he's lying and cheating, you need to respect yourself and leave the relationship.

have a blood test and leave him if the baby is his because he lied. OR give him the chance to fess up and stick with him regardless if it's his or not because fiance is close to husband and that should be your level of committment.
