i mena personally i have and wasnt cool im sure many people have but anyone here?

My brother has been in and out of prison for years. He's not what I would consider a criminal. He just has substance abuse problems. So the last time he was paroled he was doing great and decided to go to the bar and have a few on his 35th birthday. Hard to see how ya couldn't blame the guy. But he was on parole. So, of course, it being a small town... someone spotted him, called the police and by the time they caught up to him he was driving back to my house. He got scared and didn't want to get sent back to prison so he gunned it and it became a high speed chase. To make a long story short, he rolled the car almost hit a house, came out with no injuries, made the front page of the paper, and spent the remainder of his 35th birthday behind bars and has been in prison on his parole violation for this for 3 years. He will not be released for 3 years more after that. So, maybe he will spend his 41st birthday as a free man!

I was in jail from 1983 til 2003 so yes Ive spent many birthdays in jail

no ,not possible ,because jail gives holiday to celebrate B. day.

nope, never been arrested, gotten a ticket or gotten in trouble. i am a good girl :)
