We go out to eat a lot. Sometimes we go to the movies. We have done fun weekend stuff, but what is something fun yet romantic just for the evening?

OK Greg, listen carefully........ picnic in your house or backyard
candles, music, dance with her, while you are dancing........ look her in the eye and tell her all the reasons you married her and all the reasons you would marry her again.
If you don't have a home of your own or children yet, you can tell her all your hopes of your future together.
bubble bath and massage.
I'm sure you can get the rest on your own.

Think of her six favorite foods. Perhaps they are different meals from different places. In which case you purchase the meals and have a buffet. You're probably going to have a lot of left-overs. Rent her favorite movie (regardless if you like it or not) and eat in.

While it is so sweet that you celebrate every month's aniversary, you might be setting the bar too high. Anway, a relaxing spa for both of you would be very romantic.
