my cat has blue eyes, I want to name her something that is correlated to that- like sapphire, ocean, azul, turquoise-- something clever like Frank Sinatra (Old blue eyes) would be good if she were a he. Please help me brainstorm!

The blue in a flame with is caused from by ionized Rayleigh scattering of ionized oxygen which was desribed by Michał Sędziwój, Priestley, and Scheele oxyegen also named Antoine Laurent Lavoisier. Haha so if you can get a name from you cat from all this wooohooooo if not there are many nice ones above. Peace+

I do not know if you would be interested in this name (you might be too young), but have you ever read/seen "Memoirs of a Geisha"? In that book/movie, the main character has blue eyes that help her become a famous Geisha.

What about aqua, aquamarine, moonbeam (like in blue moon), sky (skies are blue), or Elizabeth Taylor is known for having blue or almost purple eyes that are stunning. What about Lizzy for your cat? Good luck!

I have a kitten with blue eyes and like you, wanted to name her something related to her eyes and settled on Frankie (after Frank Sinatra). It works! It's a really cute name for a little girl kitten.

What about Skye, or Skyler? Or find blue in different languages and see how they sound as a name. Have fun with your new kitty!
