what do you do when you like this boy and ya only talked a couple times and the school year is over and ya only talked a couple timesover the summer and the school year is about 2 start and you wanna really attract him this year ?

You act normal. Happy to see him. Make sure when you speak to him that you have eyecontact, that you are positive and happy. Maybe you even dare to ask him to sit with you at lunch or something if the possibility is there. Are you in one of his classes, make sure you sit where you can meet his eyes once in a while.
It is important to be yourself anyways. If you really overdo it and he falls for you, it can be hard to keep up the facade.

Hindsight is 20/20, but I would dress cuter and make an effort
to let him know your interested. But be prepared for rejection.
He may like you, great. But be prepared mentally, anyway.
