Conduct is the index of ones character. Watch the conduct which should be free of motive and ulterior purpose. Judge people by your standards and do not get carried away by others opinion about them.

spending time, talking w/ them..find out their personality, find out how they think, how they handle situations, how they act and what their opinions are. u can learn what kind of person they are, at least what they want people to think of them, by the way they act and things they say to others. time will only tell whether or not they speak the truth. do not judge people just by 1st impression; some people act a certain way to be accepted or are afraid to let anyone too close. but if that person is generally positive, and is happy and uplifting, u have an ability to assume for now that the person is worth it to get to know better. but if someone is negative, mean, rude all the time, it is easy to assume that they will be harder to get to know, and most likely not easily going to be a positive influence in ur life. take the time to talk and spend time w/ people, and u will be able to learn the good and bad about them as time goes by.

You shouldnt Judge people. Do you want people making judgement of you. What if you were pulled over and lets say you had a pack of cigs on the seat and the cop hates people who smokes so he now thinks your a bad person because you smoke do you think that is fair and would you want that to happen to you.

I am a firm believer in first impressions if that first impression isn't a good one well then chances are whomever I am looking at isn't going to be good then
People are too quick to judge, It all depends on what is going on

I don't think we should judge. You NEVER fully know someone 100%.

Just be yourself and they will show their true colors eventually... don't judge anyone by their looks, go with how they treat you.
