I'm sure it varies greatly depending on the exact man and woman in question. Some women might get turned on by some men masturbating but turned off by others. Other women might get turned off watching anybody masturbate. Whether it's "sexually healthy" or not depends a lot on the exact woman watching and the exact man masturbating.

As a woman who has been with my partner for 5 years (and has a healthy sex life) i know i DO get turned on by watching my partner masturbate and the same goes for the other way round. I cant speak for every woman out there tho, we all have the one thing which really turns us on. Its just a matter of finding out what that is when u find that special person.

I think it is very healthy to "watch" a man. I believe it is all about where the emotional bond between the two is at. If a man is comfortable with himself, he would not have a problem letting his "partner" watch. I see it as a very exciting and erotic sexual act between two adults. (man and woman). But more so, It DOES turn me on. So much that when we have sex.......he has to tell me to stop or slow down!!! Hope this is helpful.
