Well I bet you can get a girl to notice you better then me.. im ill and have been for along time so its really hard for me but for you, you have a chance.. go up to her and talk.. easiest way

Maybe she doesn't want to be notice- she may have been aware of you- but she might have a valid reason like already knowing someone perhaps? Or, she could be just too shy.
