There are 3 countries that haven't signed the treaty. Israel, Pakistan and India. And all 3 have nuclear bombs. India is getting uranium from us for their reactors, so now all there own uranium can go for weapons. Pakistan is building a new reactor to make more weapon grade material. Israel has never admitted having nuclear weapons. In 5 years Bush has managed to restart the nuclear arms races!

Israel is the only country in the middle east who doesn't want to sign the treaty...Iran has signed it long ago...

Sorry, what is your point?
The USA didn't sign it either, and they are OPENLY developing a whole RANGE of new nuclear weapons, whether it be "tactical battlefield" weapons, nuclear tank shells, bunker-busting bombs or doomsday weapons.
Is that supposed to make the rest of us feel safe?
