I mean something for at night, like super padded underwear that don't leak through, of something like depends, but less bulky and diaper-like. I have read about the lunapads and lunapanties, but is there anything easier to find, less expensive or even a little different?

I have tried wings, but during the night, they do not work, even when I buy extra long, overnight ones. I always shift positions that moves the pad, and wings, and leaves me feeling wet and gross.

Poise makes a product for that. It is a panty type product with the panty part being stretchy so that it clings to you and doesn't shift around when you move. You might try wearing a pad with them also, maybe cut the protective backing on the pad so the liquid can flow through it into the panty for extra protection.

Poise can be found in most drug stores and stores like Target or Wal-Mart. They are also good for light urinary incontinence.

Good luck.

I'm not sure about panty styles, but the products that work best are the pads with the wings. The wings have adhesive pads on the back that fasten around the back of your underwear, so that the leaks are caught before they get to your clothes. If you buy a "Maxi with wings" you'll have better luck.....

I'll tell you this- I'll wear a pad at night but I put a towel underneath me because I'm such a deep sleeper. I just sleep with the towel because I never wake up and otherwise I ruin my sheets.

During night wear two panties and pad and also put towel underneath yourself.

Kotex used to put out a product similar to this. It was to be worn like underwear during your period. Depending on where you live- they may still be avalible.

Google it.
