Wash out the tub. Fill with hottest water I can stand. Add two cups of Epsom salts. Some bubble bath. Place a folded up wash towel over my eyes, and slide down until my ears are covered by the water. I just concentrate on my relaxed breathing and my heartbeat.

well, I found the best way was to go rehearse with my section of my choir. I would have a horrible day at school, and if it was Tuesday, I would go to Bel Canto practice and immediately be relaxed and content. It was heaven, and my haven. Now... I don't have anything really that helps me relax LOL

After a tough day from all those exams in college, I like to come home sit on my porch with a tall glass of anything cold most of the time its water. Aahh!!!

listening to soft music, like the piano...i find my self in a trance like state when listening to the piano...it's a wonderful instrument!
