It might be dificult for you to understand this if you have never been in a geography class but i will try.
first, The earth has gravity wich pulls everything on it to the centre thus the sphere shape.

The world is not sphere shaped.
That's what the conspiracy theorists wants you to think...
The world is flat.

Actually the earth is a geoid.
See the blah blah below...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geoid
A geoid is an equipotential surface which (approximately) coincides with the mean ocean surface. It is often referred to as a close representation or physical model of the figure of the Earth. According to C.F. Gauss, it is the "mathematical figure of the Earth", in fact, of the gravity field. It is that equipotential surface (surface of fixed potential value) which coincides on average with mean sea level.

bcoz of surface tension. eve body tends to remain together bcoz Of the weakesst gravitational pull n the strongest electrostatic forces besides other forces.due to all, these forces our earth acquires a round shape.by the way its not fully round rather its orange shaped , pressed at the poles.

Its spinning, the centripetal force causes equal force to act on it in all directions therefor you get a sphere.

Because of the gravitational pull, not from itself, but from the sun and the moon.

there sure is some hot gas here (and its not the earth); actually the earth is not exactly speherical, but oblate.
