my sister has a dsl account, would i use it at different location?

Only if the locations are close enough for you to run wire between them or set up a wireless network where the signal would reach.

I think you can do it in one house, but not different houses. They have to have the same telephone number.

Yes, sure you can, first you need to connect the two computers, using a UTP cable, remember, the cable should be cross over type, then go to my network places, and add new connection, here you will be asked to answer some questions, answer them, then you will be asked to create a network disk, create it, then run it in the other computer,

It sounds like you mean at a different address. If that's the case, then you can't do that unless you live next door. If you do live next door you might be able to get a wireless router and do it.

get a 5 port router. connect the line from the modem to the router, and go off the router to each computer.

The computers must be in a network. Sounds like you better buy a very long ethernet cable.

you could with a router,or a wireless router but on wirless the distance is not great,linksys
