Well the theme song to Silent Hill 3, the song that plays before the game is "You're Not Here."

Melissa Williamson (a.k.a. Mary Elizabeth McGlynn) sings it but it's composed by Akira Yamaoka. He does all the music for the Silent Hill games and she does all the female vocals on the 3rd and 4th soundtracks.
