There are many people that u can take into consideration.... What do u mean by "best"? A person who score many goals or a person who scored a beautiful goal?
The most current is Maxi Rodriguez....(World Cup) he controlled a beautiful pass n volleyed in against Mexico. Thats one of the best. Or perhaps Zidane's goal in the Champions league (2003 - Finals)
