they videos are torrents bythe way

Well first off you need a p2p program to get this torrent to work for one, but if you know what a torrent is then you should have one already. Now for videos I use windows media player and if it shows a orange exclamation mark by the title of the file after you start playing it that means you need to download something and it will refer you to what you need. that means when you click on it don't just click the box close actually go to the web help where it will tell you what to do.

Bin files usually come with a cue file that is for burning to disc. However you can still play it by using a "virtual drive" program like alcohol 120%

a bin file is a binary file which you need the cue sheet to open.
you can also convert a bin file to an iso using bin2iso or magic iso
if there isn't a cue sheet. then you can burn it or mount on a virtual drive like alcohol 120%.

You will need a Program like Nero to burn the .bin files, and then you should be able to play them
