Yes, sea levels are rising because of global warming, you know why? because countries burn fossil fuels (such as coal) for electricity and when they burn it the carbon dioxide from it goes into the atmosphere and ruins the ozone layer.

Also there is a holes in the ozone layer right near the south pole and i think north pole aswell. That means the sun is stronger in those places therefore melting the ice and making the sea levels rise.

Global warming makes glaciers melt. Less ice means more water. Gotta go somewhere.
