1st P, put a comma after "application letter."
2nd P, I would keep everything in the past tense. Suggested:
I also organized my presentation very well. I cited examples of how to write an effective application letter, including detailed information on its composition, and categorized three easy steps to writing a cover letter.
3rd P, I already answered this for you when you asked it before.

Grammar wise your sentences are pretty well written, however, your use of commas in these paragraphs is a little heavy. Commas are mainly used to denote a pause or to show a convergence of two separate thoughts.
The first sentence (paragraph) is fine. I would leave it alone.
The second paragraph I might change just a bit by doing the following:
Also, I organized my presentation very well, giving a lot of good examples of how to write an effective application letter and ((using "and" joins these thoughts and makes it smoother)) categorized ((should be past tense as the original thought "I organized" is past tense)) three easy steps to write a cover letter, including all the detailed information of how to compose an application letter.
Finally, for the final paragraph I might just change a couple of small items:
Pronunciation is another area in which I could use improvement. I often "swallow" words such as "application" when I am nervous and mispronounce it "app-tion". I want to be able to manage my nervousness during my presentation (no need for a comma here) so I can deliver it effectively to people.

I also provided some convenient methods for writing an effective application letter such as the online tools found at hotjobs.com and monster.com

I think that these small modifications to your paragraphs will help you out.

I provided some convenient methods for writing an effective application letter such as the on line tools found at hot jobs.com and monster.com.
I also organised my presentation very well, giving many examples on how to write an effective application letter, categorising three easy steps to write a cover letter, including detailed information on how to compose an application letter.
Pronunciation is another thing that I need to improve because I often swallow words when nervousness strikes me. Like the word “application,” I will pronounce as “app-tion.” I want to be able to manage my nervousness during my presentation, so I can deliver it effectively to people.

Now slow down when saying it. These sentenses are shorter and will be easier to spit out. Good luck!

I presume sentences #1 & 2 are parts of separate paragraphs. If they are final sentences in separate paragraphs they are both fine. If not, then delete the word "also." "Also" infers that other points have been made.
The 3rd grouping of sentences can be edited:
insert "improve upon" for improve
change the word "Like," to..."For instance,"
change "will" to another choice such as,"sometimes,""often,""always," or delete it>>>For example, the word "application," I pronounce as "app-shun."
delete comma after presentation
insert "more" before effectively

Here's what I think:
In the first one put more commas...unless it's a speech, then it doesn't really matter. In the second one, try to break it down into more sentances, because that one's really long. And since you used "effective(ly)" twice, I suggest changing the last sentance to "...so I can efficiently deliver it to people" or some other synonym, like sufficently, competently, or impellingly.
And just so you don't sound braggy, try to change the first sentance in the second one to "My presentation is well-organized, giving many..." (because "a lot" is overused and sounds elementary).
Sorry if that was too long or anything...

After graduating from SFSU, Am planning to work either in a financing or in an accounting industry. In the future, I hope to work for an online brokerage firm or for an insurance company as a financial investor. I definitely want to work in The United States or England because both of these countries are playing a significant role in the world economy. Five years from now, I plan to pursue a Ph.D. degree in financing, and work in a financial company. i hope this helps

I would be more than willing to edit but I am not sure if the help your seeking is in between the ==== using all three paragraphs.
I'll check back and if this is the case I will assist in your request.

Your sentences are fine. It's rare to find someone whose grammar is better than sub-par. Have someone else look at it for mistakes that I may have missed while I was reading it.
