You need to put on some shorts or underwear. She, at 13, should be covered in some way as well. If you are allowing her to see you naked, that is just wrong. Allowing her to have sexual contact with you would be incest. If you continue this, you both could be in legal trouble, especially if you are 18.

look, obviously ur sister is probably maturing early, and was very horny at the time. Just remind her that no matter what her desires are, your her brother and its very inapropriate. Most brothers and sisters don't walk around naked, unless they are little and still take baths together... I think if you could wear shorts and she a swin suit, it may benefit you both. Or like one of the other answerers said; invest in a fan. OR stay in your room when you're naked.

First off I think you should invest in large fans or air condition so you aren't strutting your stuff in front of your sis and she isn't doing the same in front of you. It's not a good idea to let it go any further, that would be incest. Not only is it illegal but she is very young. This is all a big no-no to me.
