I haven't traveled that much, but everywhere I've been the women have had better figures on average than the fat Americans. I think "best" is somewhat subjective when it comes to a woman's face, but it seemed to me that there were a large number of attractive women in France. In part, because they have a good sense for style, they eat a healthy diet, and as a group, they take great care with their appearance. This is even more true of the older French women.

French women- face and body. I love 'em.
But I am Filipina (Asian). It's the next best thing I guess.. **wink**
In beauty pageants where mostly Latinas win, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Colombia.. they are very pretty but pageant contestants' beauties are enhanced.
Talking about the natural thing I think French women rock. -Audrey Tautou of Da Vinci Code and Virgine Ledoyen of The Beach (are the spelling correct??)

Although I haven't met many women from far off Countries, I've met a few. I find myself envying black women over any other. (I know it's wrong to envy). I suppose some French too. I suppose men could answer a question like this with more interest than I can.
