I have my nose pierced, but its an unattractive bump on the hole and its black.... I have tried sea salt it's not really working. I mean i clean it twice a day with sea salt and I don't touch it with dirty hands, but it doesn't seem to have an affect on it. Can someone give me more tips to help to get this bump off??

Ok, I have a friend who had the same problem. I suggest taking the piercing out until it heals. Until then, just clean it ALOT. Use rubbing achohal to clean it twice a day. If it doesent get better in about a week, go to the place you go it pierced, and see what they say. DO NOT WAIT LONGER THAN A WEEK! You could have blood poising.

are you sure you didnt get dirt in it and its a blackhead try some astringent on it see if that works

OMG...take the ring out right now!!!!...that's not normal....it's probably an infected booger.
