anyone live in Columbus Ohio? and have time Warner experiencing Internet problems?

my wireless internet keeps going out..and so does my LAN everyonce in awhile, its to late at night to call the company.. could someone help please?

I had Time Warner and I always had problems with my internet. I was always having to unplug and reboot my modem at least once a day. I called them to look at the wiring several times. A man would come out a say the connection was bad, fumble with wires, and then say it was fixed. Needless to say, I don't use time Warner any longer. they will give you a credit if you complain enough though after you agree to have someone look at it. It is worth a try to call a have someone look at it.
