First wash your face clean with a softener or warm water as it will open up your pores. You can use a sterilized pricker, the one that you can buy at the department store with a small hole. Be sure it is safe and clean. Just aim it on the black heads, push it and gently remove them. Wash your face with cold water after to close the pores.
