Because they understand business economics and supply and demand better than the americans do. Besides, they smell just as bad as their stores, so they can tolerate working there all day and not pass out from the fumes.

They can get gov't grants for the start up money easier than us
average americans. If you are a minority almost any "American Dream" can be yours. I've tried almost every grant to get a small
business started, but I don't qualify. And we live from paycheck to paycheck.
