I'm looking to get another e-mail address. I'd like to find a free webmail provider that's not Yahoo! and has a nice web interface. What do you recommend?

Gmail. I have chances to use many webmail (both free and unfree), Gmail is good one - which is free and supported for POP3 ( you may use Microsoft Outlook to help you create a very cute email send to your boy/friend), and very nice function is web chat--Google Talk ( you can chat when log-in your account )
