I don't know what email system you have, but, in mine I can select "all" the emails in a folder and click delete. Just two clicks and they are gone.

All depends on what email client you are using or if you are logging onto webmail. Most have the ability to 'select all' messages in the inbox (via the file menu or a link above the messages) once you hav eselected all, hit delete and everything will be deleted

In an e-mail client, you should be able to select all and delete. I
f you're using webmail, you probably have to either delete the account (which you probably don't want to do), or delete a page at a time. There is most likely a check box that checks every item on the page so you can delete them all at once, but you'll have to do this for every page.

The answer is that it is not possible to do this if you have a free account, which you probably have.
If you have yahoo mail plus, simply setup your Outlook/thunderbird/mail program to download all your yahoo emails. From there, delete all your emails in one go from the mail program.

There's an "X" box above the list to the left. It lines up vertically with the box in front of each messege. "X" it and hit DELETE! That will highlight all messeges and remove them all at once.
