Element number 92,uranium, is the last naturally occuring element.However, element Tc(technetium) is manmade and it is number 43. The rest are manmade, but not chemically, it is a nuclear reaction.There is space on our present periodic table for 118 elements. That would be elements with all electron energy levels filled.

There may now and then be elements naturally created above 92. But so far as we know (I know), they're all unstable and decay to stable elements with A# < 92.
