Too Much ! But, by Law, all Vehicles in the USA from 1996 to the Present are required to Run at 14.7 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel. Any Deviation from that Mandated Parameter, even if Fuel Economy is Improved, and, more Importantly, Emissions are Lowered, will result in a Failed Vehicle Inspection ! Really ! Under this Insane Law, it is quite Possible to Fail a Vehicle Inspection for not Emitting enough Pollution ! So What ? I've come up with a way to Safely Convert Regular Pump Gasoline into Propane ! 100 Parts of Air, to 1 Part of Fuel. I can even light it on Fire to Prove it can be done ! That's what My Avatar is. The Burning Flame of Gasoline to Propane . I'm not the First. Far from it ! go to www.fuelvapors.com And find out what happened to Tom Ogle. He came up with a similar Device, and Proved that it Worked. He was offered $25 Million to keep His Unit off the Market. He Refused. He's Dead ! Find out why ! Also, Check out this Site http:energy21.freeservers.com/bookrep.html Something needs to be done to Expose the Hypocrisy of the OBD II Law. Let's see, 1996, now what Administration was in Power when that "Brilliant" Piece of Legislation was Passed into Law ? I guess that would be "An Inconvenient Truth" ? Maybe someone Reading this can come up with a way to bring this Issue to Light. I don't have "Deep Pockets". Those that do have Sopped Vapor Fuel Technology ! Light a Butane Lighter, turn the Flame up, and Look at the different Colors of the Flame. Then, Look at My Avatar. Notice the Similarity ? Engines run best on Vapor, not Liquid. The Actual amount of Pollution Per Gallon of Gas would vary from Vehicle to Vehicle, from a Hummer to a Honda. But, if they could run on Vaporized Gasoline, it would be at least 10 Times Less, with an actual increase of Engine Power ! But that OBD II Law ..... What can We Do ? Thanks !

One gallon of gasoline, which weighs about 6 pounds, produces around 20 pounds of carbon dioxide. This according to fueleconomy.gov, a site jointly developed by the U.S. Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Agency. The site also explains how this can be the case.
