They are called EBT cards now, and yes you can. I got one when I evacuated to Texas after Hurricane Katrina. I used it regularly at Wal-Mart.

You look like you have enough to eat!
Donate your food stamps to the
Salvation Army or some other Organization
that is helping the poor and hungry in this
country. And while your doing that, maybe
you could volunteer some of your time to a
worthwhile cause instead of spending it all
on creating all your crazy sites on Y/A.

Probably as our walmart is a super center, don't see why not, but truthfully you look healthy enough to get a job so I suggest you do just that and quit being a mooch on society!
