Target isn't a name brand for clothing that I'm aware of. Perhaps you're talking about the brands Target carries, like Tara Jarmon, Isaac Misrahi, Xhilaration, Cherokee, etc? Target is my favorite store, along with American Eagle, Pacsun (favorite brands there are Lilu and Roxy), and Victoria's Secret (because the shirts & stuff in the catalog is just fantastic, as long as it's on clearance). VS's Pink line ROCKS! :)

I don't care too much for brands, but Old Navy has some great stuff for good prices. So does Sears.

Levi's jeans, Hanes undies, anything cheap in tennis shoes (got some MacGregor's from K-Mart for $10).....whether or not it follows a trend is totally irrelevant.

hmm some of my favorites at decent prices are silhouette and papaya. i don't really bother about brand names theyre not a big deal to me. as long as it has some fashion and a good price its fine. i also like the clothes they sell at this weekly street fair. theyre actually pretty fashionable. yupp!
