Do black guys enforce the stereotype of liking white girls or are white girls naturally attracted to something about black guys? Also, why do people stereotype that white girls will do "anything" and black girls won't? Is it true?

Girls gone wild makes people think all white girls are hootchies
Just like the media
And no its not true we just hear about white girls doing more things than black girls do
Maybe they talk about it more
Black girls are always in the media screaming and babbling about how they require so much respect and they wont do this and that for a man but once they get behind closed doors its a different story
So basically its not true
To each their own
Just because one person does one thing and another doesnt does not mean you can classify everyone in the entire race

It has been my experience that this isn't really a white race vs black race issue, but more of a nationality issue. I don't think that what you wrote really applies to American women at all. But I have noticed a predilection for black men among Northern European women, particularly the English, Germans, Swedes.
Why? I can only guess that black men seem exotic to them, just as some white men find Asian women exotic and exciting. I think it's as simple as that.

It seems to me you are attempting to both create and enforce a stereotype with false statements. Some Caucasian females do like African-American males... others don't. It's a mater of personal preference, nothing more. Caucasian women are no more likely to do "anything" than are African-American females.
